I just watched the teaser trailer for Sanju, and my mouth is hanging open in amazement.
Rajkumar Hirani is the same director who made Munna Bhai MBBS and also blockbusters like PK and 3 Idiots. This trailer is simply genius, and I love how Ranbir breaks the fourth wall and talks right to the audience.
I am blown away by the makeup and how Ranbir carries himself just like Sanjay. We have 2 months to wait, until June 29th.
Here’s the trailer so you can see for yourself just how well Ranbir Kapoor pulls it off:
I’m subscribed to your channel but your video wasn’t in the autoplay list when I played the trailer. Do I need to have an addon or something to see your videos on priority?

Hey! I’ve been meaning to expand the type of movies I watch and get into Bollywood movies, where do you reckon I should start?

Well, I wouldn’t start with a movie like Sanju, because you need to know something about the actor the biopic is based on.
3 Idiots would be a good film to start with. It’s about a group of students struggling at an engineering college, and is mostly a comedy.
Looking at what’s on Netflix streaming right now I would recommend the following:
Dangal (Father coaches his daughters to be Olympic wrestlers, based on a true story)
Queen (Girl jilted before wedding goes on her European honeymoon anyway)
Piku . (Strident daughter takes her cantankerous father back to Calcutta to their ancestral home via taxi)
Secret Superstar (Young teen girl with strict father becomes a Youtube sensation when she posts herself singing a song online in a burkha)
Om Shanti Ohm (Movie extra actor becomes reincarnated as a huge Bollywood star)
Kahaani (Thriller mystery with no songs)
Hopefully one of those appeals! Feel free to contact me @moviemavengal on twitter for more suggestions or advice
